Welcome to the Unconscious Connection.
Most of our day-to-day functioning is unconscious. We breathe, form words, and do basic tasks without "consciously" thinking about it. The same works for our emotional realm. We develop patterns and behaviors to survive the world we're in—most of the time, we adopted these patterns as we were growing up.
Being able to identify and build awareness around where these unconscious motives, defenses, and behaviors come from brings a whole new level of enlightenment to our lives.
At the Unconscious Connection, we provide a safe space to process and discuss your experiences and how they influence your life, while also giving you tools to move from unconscious functioning to more purposeful, conscious living.
Therapy can help when…
Your mind won’t slow down, so your body can’t rest.
You're constantly worried about others, causing you to lose touch with yourself.
Your past experiences are affecting who you are today.
Maybe you're dealing with:
Difficulty finding joy
Chronic self-doubt or a constant sense of inadequacy
Compulsive behaviors like skin picking
Disrupted sleep patterns due to insomnia or narcolepsy
These struggles are often connected — and they can feel like too much to untangle on your own.
Let’s explore the roots of what’s keeping you stuck.
Together, we’ll uncover the patterns that drive your anxiety, sleeplessness, and depression.
Then, help you reconnect with yourself.
You’ll gain insight, learn new tools, and start to feel more grounded in both your life and in who you are.
So you don’t have to carry this alone.
Change is possible, even if it feels far away right now.
We work best with:
Adults struggling with any sleep disorder, including sleep apnea, narcolepsy, idiopathic hypersomnia, and restless legs syndrome
Those experiencing insomnia as either a stand alone diagnosis or as a symptom of their sleep disorder
Individuals living with anxiety or Persistent Depressive Disorder
Adults living with the physical and emotional harm resulting from body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs)
Those with a history of trauma or codependency
Adults experiencing a life transition—any significant shift that alters your daily routine, self-perception, or life stage
Anyone seeking a calmer mind and more balanced lifestyle
